Thermodynamic investigations on PDC based solar air conditioning system

Abstract Global warming is raising the ambient temperature and thus resulting in increased air conditioning requirements. The increase power requirements of systems, turn, burdens electricity needs more generation further adds to global warming. In such situations, availability solar energy its utilization for systems appears a potential solution certain extent. This paper deals with thermodynamic analysis parabolic dish based system working on vapour absorption refrigeration cycle H2O LiBr combination as fluid. Thermodynamic modelling was used assess impact changing initial concentration lean varying condenser under atmospheric conditions that region during peak demand months several parameters coefficient performance, cooling effect, exergetic efficiency system. At 45 percent weak solution, system’s highest performance attained.
